Start with a deep orange heart. Fill in the surrounding bat silhouettes with matte black. Add lime green swirls inside the heart for a ghostly effect. Use dark purple for the border. Apply silver metallic marker to the eyes of the little skulls at the corners to make them pop against the dark, festive background.
